Quality System Announcement

AdSpec is pleased to announce that its Quality System has been audited by Bureau Veritas Quality International Inc. (BVQI) and found to be in accordance with the standards of ISO-9000 and ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q 9000. The Certificate of Approval was awarded to AdSpec on August 20, 1997. This certification gives added assurance to customers that they can depend on PercapTM 355 ethyl mercaptan quality. Odorant is an important factor in the safe use of LP-Gas. This Quality System is especially important because of the potential for litigation in this field of business.

The AdSpec Quality System will be audited every six months by BVQI to keep this certification of ISO-9000 compliance for final inspection and testing. AdSpec is committed to continuously bringing the highest possible level of product and service quality to its customers.

Highlights of the AdSpec Quality System include:

separate geographic locations for storage of duplicate Percap™ 355 quality records
combination of both gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy for unquestionable laboratory purity reports
customized ASTM methods for cloud point and corrosivity analysis
controlled testing, tracking, sampling, and identification of Percap™ 355 batches
defined procedures to insure safe and odor-free delivery
monitor customer satisfaction with product
